"Honestly, I’ve had nothing but issues with state farm. We’ve had companies come look at our roof multiple different times for years all saying we need a new rood. State Farm refuses to approve it. And now I was recently involved in a car accident that was not my fault. State Farm promised us up to 30 days for a rental and now they are taking it back after 2 weeks of having it since they gave us their settlement quote. Mind you, we wanted to get an appraisal and I have 5 children that I won’t be able to drive around now without the rental since we aren’t able to get a car yet. They refuse to extend it. Do yourself a favor and go to a company that actually cares about you as their customer because State Farm does not. Only care about the money."
